ADVOCAP:  Those who are homeless can enroll in a strength-based case management approach to address personal barriers and become self-sufficient.  Support is offered through combined case management and limited financial assistance.  Collaborates with various organization to enhance the quality of life, reduce poverty, and increase self-sufficiency in communities. Service include affordable housing, business development, employment & training, food & nutrition, home energy conservation, transportation, head start, and various volunteer opportunities.  Only operates in Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Winnebago Counties.

Father Carr’s Place 2B – Holy Family Villa and Bethlehem Inn: Temporary residence to those in need who have demonstrated an ability to contribute to a safe environment. Organization provides clients with a room, bed, bathroom and 3 daily meals. Qualifications: chemical free, respectful, helpful and follow the guidelines.

Hope House: Organization aimed at preventing abuse and provide support to victims of domestic and sexual violence. They provide temporary housing for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault that are need a safe place to go.  They will provide food, clothing, and personal care items. Emergency transportation to the shelter may be available. In addition, they provide a 27-hour help-line, advocacy, counseling, legal services, children’s programs, and community education. Currently serving: Sauk, Columbia, Juneau, Marquette, and Adams Counties.
