Generations Hospice***:
The program offers palliative care and support to those who are terminally ill and their families. Nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors, and volunteers are all part of the palliative care team. To be eligible for hospice services patients, families, and/or guardians must have the desire to receive palliative care. The programs team will conduct an initial evaluation to confirm eligibility.
