Domestic and Sexual Assault Support: Offered through the Hope House: an organization aimed at preventing abuse and provide support to both male and female victims of domestic and sexual violence. Provides a 27-hour help-line, advocacy, counseling, legal services, children’s programs, shelter, and community education. They are currently serving: Sauk, Columbia, Juneau, Marquette, and Adams Counties.

Marquette County Memory Café: Social gatherings where individuals with memory challenges, mild cognitive impairment, early-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other types of early-stage dementia can come together to visit, enjoy refreshments, and participate in interactive and fun programs or activities. Sessions are monthly, with no charge, but donations are appreciated. Family members and friends are encouraged to participate as well.  For a complete listing of local Memory Cafes, contact the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin (Portage and Wautoma).  Held the first Wednesday of every month from 10am – noon at the Westfield Village Hall
